February 24th, 2023 – Lab updates for MS-220: Exchange Support Engineer certification exam.

New lab releases for MS-220

From February 24th, 2023 there are new labs for the MS-220: Troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Online certification course. These labs are designed to help students gain practical experience and develop skills necessary to troubleshoot various scenarios in Exchange Online environments.

The lab outline includes the following:

Lab 1 – Troubleshoot Mail Flow

Lab 2 – Troubleshoot Spam Filtering

Lab 3 – Troubleshoot Messaging Compliance

Lab 4 – Troubleshoot Messaging Security

Lab 5 – Troubleshoot Authentication

Each lab will challenge students with real-world scenarios that they may encounter in their work. These labs will also help students prepare for the MS-220: Exchange Support Engineer certification exam.
